
Project: Twisted Loop Branding Update

Description: This project involved further developing the branding for the AI start-up Twisted Loop and creating additional brand assets. These assets were designed for use across various platforms, including websites and presentation decks.
The brief emphasized using the logo as a key source of inspiration. The logo, inspired by a propeller designed for maximum propulsion, embodies the brand’s ethos of leveraging AI to optimise performance while aligning with its distinctive colour palette and identity.




We began with illustrations that evoked movement and twisting. Using the brand guidelines and these illustrations as a foundation, I then moved on to some simple animation explorations in After Effects. My aim was to create a sense of straining and tension that was subsequently released, reflecting the cycle of 'twisting' and 'looping'.'Twisting' and 'Looping'.

I had been eager to explore this software further and use it in a commercial context. This project felt like the perfect opportunity to push myself and learn something new. Additional inspiration came from further research into the company and its use of mathematics. I began investigating how circles, loops, and spirals could be twisted and animated.
